Hours and Scheduling

Sessions are by appointment only. We regret that we are unable to accommodate drop in requests. Some evening and weekend appointments are available every week, but usually book up well in advance. 
 
Early arrivals are discouraged because there is no waiting room. If you arrive early, please be prepared to wait in the hallway or outside of the building until your actual appointment time. 
 
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity to offer the vacated appointment to the next person on the waiting list. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

No-shows
Anyone who forgets or chooses to forgo their appointment will be considered a no-show, and will be charged for the missed appointment.

Late Arrivals
If you are running late, please let us know by the start of the scheduled appointment time, and give your estimated arrival time. If by 10 minutes late you have not checked in with the therapist to say that you are on your way, it will be considered a no show, and your appointment time will be offered to the next person on the waiting list.  
 
Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
